About Shapez.io:
shapez.io is a game about building factories to automate the creation and combination of shapes. Deliver the requested, increasingly complex shapes to progress within the game and unlock upgrades to speed up your factory.

Since the demand raises you will have to scale up your factory to fit the needs – Don’t forget about resources though, you will have to expand in the infinite map!

Since shapes can get boring soon you need to mix colors and paint your shapes with it – Combine red, green and blue color resources to produce different colors and paint shapes with it to satisfy the demand.

  1. Is it just me who thought the person playing this kept making their factory really inefficient and unnecessarily complicated?

  2. Kat, once again, watching you play this inspired me to buy it (standalone version, not Steam). First, it was Slay the Spire. Now this. Unfortunately, viewers of my channel are no longer interested in puzzle-based games so I'll be playing Shapez on my own time. Thanks again =)

  3. Two days ago I was recommended this video, and since then I've been borderline addicted to this game. I am both thankful, but also a bit upset, that you made this video. The game is fun, but if you're not careful you might end up time-skipping too far ahead into the future.

  4. This also gave me a 'Factory Balls' vibe, in that you need to do a number of different operations to produce the final product.

  5. Its infuriating to watch, I love it! I'm just shouting at the monitor what you could do and I find that funny.

  6. imagine if you could mark something as a series in youtube so it does not recommend the latest episode but the first

  7. Possible solution for color blindness: Heraldic hatching. It kinda feels appropriate to the aesthetics even.

  8. Thank you so much! This is factorio – but all the logistics, none of the manual minining and slow running around speed. Awesome!

  9. You can see the rate of each object in the window that pops up when you select it. These allow you to calculate various ratios (though these ratios change as you get upgrades).

  10. @KatherineOfSky will you be doing a series on Satisfactory? Really enjoy your Factorio-type series and think it would be great.

  11. Really great to see you making content again. Just happy to hear your lovely voice again, making me feel like all will be FINE again. Please take it easy on your hands.

  12. I think this game is more like mindustry, not factorio (admitted that mindustry is inspired but not a rip-off of factorio).

  13. You can tell what side they are when you hover the belt- there's a light grey circle behind the shapes, that shows you where they're at.

  14. Thabk you for showing this , my remaining eye has deteriated far enogh that I can not play Factorio but the dark theame in this game along with the windows magnifer make this just about playerble

  15. One thing I wish I had known earlier is you can click the pin on an upgrade goal to keep it on the main screen. It's nice to have the shapes I'm working on right there to refer to while building. I was opening that menu every 5 seconds until I figured that out. Great minimalist factorio protege!

  16. Thank you! I got 17 minutes into your video before buying Shapez on Steam and playing it for the rest of the evening 😀

  17. 30:39 i dont know, if anybody wrote this befor or if you figured it out on your own, but as you build something there is a little window in the top right corner. There you can find the speed of the buildings

  18. You can calculate the ratio's for the different machine it says in the top right when you select a machine how fast it is.

  19. I don't know why it drove me so crazy that you didn't merge the belts for the squares before cutting them at ~10:00 or so 😂
